Photo's & Floorplan
In house photography and floorplans to boost your listing.
Video Tour
Video tours to give prospective buyers a better feeling of the flow of your property.
Premium Package
Serious about selling? Our premium package will help your property stand out on the market and will typically drive 20% higher detailed views on Rightmove. This package includes everything on the standard package as well as the following:
£750 fee & 0.75% Commission*
Competitive low fee, with a small upfront cost.
* Subject to a minimum of £2,000 and our terms outlined in our Sole Agency Agreement with a minimum term of 16 weeks. £750 fee is non-refundable.
